2024 Kicks Off

Hello!!

It’s January 29th and it has been fairly mild these past couple of weeks. I was talking to a friend in Toronto who is going to have their first boil today! We’re not quite there yet, as it is set to cool down for the foreseeable future around here.

We are starting to think about syrup season though. It is coming quickly and as it has been such a mild winter thus far, I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re tapping in February. We’ll see. It’s a bit early yet, but we’ll keep you posted!
